Partners Richard Hefright and Kenneth Katz established Eastern Regional Insurance, LLC, in 2001. The primary focus of the agency was to provide insurance education to clients, maximum protection based on individual needs and personalized service. With this goal in mind, Rich and Ken opened the doors of Eastern Regional Insurance, LLC.

It wasn't long before word spread about an agency that offered significant savings on insurance and professional, courteous service. Clients from Baltimore, Harford and Anne Arundel counties, as well as Baltimore City sought out Eastern Regional Insurance, LLC for all of their insurance needs.

With a growing client base, came the need for a centralized location and additional staff. The decision was made to relocate to a convenient location in White Marsh, Maryland.
